This Vent-Axia Solo Pro HTP Centrifugal Extractor Fan is designed for use in bathrooms and toilets. It features a built-in humidity sensor that automatically switches the fan on when condensation is detected and runs for a pre-set timer period before switching off. The fan can also be wired to operate with the room light switch; it turns on when the light is switched on and runs on for a pre-set period when the light is switched off. For the timer function, it requires permanent live, switched live, and neutral connections (3 wires, excluding earth). The switched live connection can be omitted if only the humidistat function is required. This fan must be connected to a permanently live supply and not routinely switched on/off. It also includes a pull-cord switch for manual operation, reverting to humidistat function when switched off. The fan operates on a mains voltage of 230-240V AC 50Hz with a power consumption of 17 Watts. It has an airflow rate of 22 litres per second (80 m³/hour) and can be mounted on the ceiling or wall. A semi-recess trim is included, and it is IPX4 rated, making it suitable for Zone 1 or Zone 2. The sound output is less than 30dB(A) at 3 meters. It features a 17-minute run-on timer and a single spring-back air closure. Dimensions are 154mm height x 154mm width x 119mm deep (surface), with a 99mm diameter spigot extendable for 74mm with a backflow flap, and 22mm without a backflow flap.
