Product Information
Full details
The Lorina Flexi Mullen Mouth Pelham is made of a material that is warmer to touch than traditional stainless steel bits, making it ideal for younger horses or horses with a sensitive mouth. The Pelham can be used with rounding's or double reins and provides poll pressure to assist with control. Take a look at our range of Horse Bridles to wear with this bit. For more information about horse bits, take a look at our Bits Buying Guide. Available in 5", 5.5" or 6". This bit from Lorina is ideal for a rider using a strong bit for the first time, as the action is milder than other Pelham Bits. The mouthpiece is made from a flexible polyurethane material which eliminates the nutcracker effect and is more comfortable. Despite this, the curb chain and reins can be used to provide the strong control of a Pelham Bit.
