FAQs

Is this product waterproof?

The KIKO Milano Arch Appeal Brow Mascara is designed for fixation, but it is not explicitly labeled as waterproof.

Can I use this over eyebrow pencil?

Yes, you can apply this mascara over pencil to set your brow hairs and add extra volume for a more polished look.

Is it safe for sensitive eyes?

The product is ophthalmologically and dermatologically tested, making it suitable for most users.

How do I choose my shade?

Select the shade closest to your natural eyebrow hair color for the most natural, volumizing effect.

Does it flake throughout the day?

The lightweight wax formula is designed to grip the hairs comfortably and generally does not flake when applied correctly.

Troubleshooting

The applicator picked up too much product

Gently wipe the excess product off the tip of the applicator against the neck of the tube before applying.

Brows feel stiff after application

You may have applied too many layers; use a clean spoolie brush to comb through the brows to soften the finish.

Pros and Cons

Pros

Provides a natural-looking matte finish
Lightweight texture ensures all-day comfort
Buildable coverage for versatile styling
Tames and fixes unruly brow hairs effectively

Cons

Not intended for full-opacity, bold brow looks
May require layering for significant gaps
Coverage is limited to light-to-medium

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To ensure the best results, start with clean, dry skin to prevent oil buildup on the applicator wand. To maintain the hygiene of the product, avoid pumping the wand in the tube, as this pushes air inside and can cause the formula to dry out prematurely. Store the mascara in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. To remove at the end of the day, use a standard gentle makeup remover or micellar water, as the product is designed for long-wear fixation.
