Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before using your pan for the first time, wash it with warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pan is compatible with a variety of common hob types, avoid using metal utensils that may scratch the ceramic coating; silicone or wooden tools are recommended. To clean, wait for the pan to cool completely before washing by hand. Avoid using harsh scouring pads or abrasive detergents, as these can compromise the non-stick surface. Always store by hanging from the handle or placing a soft cloth between it and other pans to prevent scratching the inner surface.
