No, hand washing is strongly recommended to protect the personalized design.
No, the name will be printed in fixed upper case as per the product design specifications.
You can personalize the mug with a name of up to 12 characters.
The mug measures approximately 11cm in depth, height, and width.
While the ceramic is heat-resistant, we recommend avoiding the microwave to ensure the longevity of the personalized print.
Avoid using harsh chemicals or the abrasive side of a scouring sponge; use only a soft cloth and mild soap.
This is characteristic of the finish; ensure you are not using metal utensils inside the mug that could scratch the internal ceramic coating.
As this is a pre-personalized item, no technical setup is required. To ensure the longest lifespan for the mug, we recommend hand washing with mild detergent and a soft cloth. Do not place this mug in the dishwasher or use harsh scouring pads, as these can fade or degrade the personalized design over time. The mug is compatible with all standard beverage warming methods, though it should be handled with care to prevent chipping.
