The Willys Jeep, officially designated Truck, 1/2 ton, 4x4, is the best known of all the American vehicles of the Second World War. Originally intended to be a command and reconnaissance car, it became the most versatile of all vehicles. Able to be armed with machine guns and to tow small artillery pieces, the Jeep was essential to the Allied war effort. This is a 1:72 scale plastic model kit of the Willys British Airborne Jeep. Construction and painting are required. Paints, glues, and brushes are not included. Skill Level 2 (where 1 is for beginner and 4 is for the more experienced modeller). Model Dimensions: L 47mm x W 22mm. No of parts: 39. Airfix Kits do not have paints, brushes or glue included unless specified in the description. We now stock a very large range of Humbrol paints, brushes and adhesives.
