Troubleshooting
Radiator not heating evenly
Ensure the system is a two-pipe installation or that diversion tees are correctly fitted for single-pipe systems. Check if air needs to be bled from the radiator using the air vent.
Noise from radiator
The plastic inserts in the brackets help minimize expansion and contraction noise. Ensure the radiator is seated correctly on the brackets.
Leak from plug or vent
Ensure the nickel-plated plug and air vent are properly tightened and sealed. Check if PTFE tape or sealant was used correctly during installation.
Low heat output
Verify the radiator is properly connected to the heating system and that the thermostatic or manual valve is open. Check for blockages in the system or low water pressure.
