The Well Being Hand-Shaped Neck & Shoulder Massager is designed for individuals seeking targeted relief from chronic neck and shoulder stiffness without needing a professional therapist. Its key benefit is the 4-point deep tissue kneading system that mimics the feel of human hands, providing effective tension release while allowing for a hands-free experience via its integrated smart strap. While highly portable and convenient for daily use, users should be mindful that the device features a 15-minute automatic shut-off, requiring a manual restart for longer massage sessions.

The massager provides up to 90 minutes of continuous use on a full charge.
It is recommended to use the device cordlessly for safety and mobility, but you should disconnect the charger while operating the unit.
The exterior is designed to be wiped down with a damp cloth; the fabric cover is not intended to be removed or machine-washed.
While designed primarily for the neck and shoulders, the straps allow you to position the nodes on the upper back, provided the device can be secured comfortably.
The box contains the hand-shaped massager, a USB Type A to Type C charging cable, and an instruction manual.
This specific model focuses on deep tissue mechanical kneading and does not include an active heating element.
Ensure the device is fully charged using the provided USB-C cable and that the power button is held down for the required duration.
The device has a 15-minute safety shut-off feature. Simply press the power button again to restart the session.
Tighten the smart straps to pull the massage nodes closer to your body, increasing the contact pressure.
To begin using your massager, fully charge the unit using the provided USB Type A to Type C cable. A solid light or indicator usually signifies a full charge. Simply drape the device over your shoulders, feed your arms through the straps, and tighten them until the massage nodes are firmly pressing into your muscle tissue.
For care, ensure the unit is turned off and unplugged before cleaning. Use a soft, slightly damp cloth to wipe down the exterior fabric and massage nodes. Do not submerge the device in water or use harsh chemical cleaners. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to maintain the integrity of the battery and motor.
