Is the verse inside customizable?
No, the card comes with a pre-written special verse. There is space next to it or on the opposite page for you to add your own personal message.
What does 'hand-finished with embellishments' mean?
It means that after the card was printed, decorative elements like glitter, foil, or raised details were added manually by hand to give it a unique and premium appearance.
Can I use any type of pen to write in the card?
It's recommended to use pens with quick-drying ink, such as ballpoint or some gel pens, to avoid smudging the foil and embellishments. Avoid markers or very wet inks.

Does the card come with an envelope?
Typically, standard greeting cards of this size are sold with a matching envelope, though it's best to confirm with the retailer at the point of purchase.
Are the embellishments durable?
The embellishments are designed to be durable for normal handling. Avoid excessive force or exposure to moisture to maintain their appearance.
Troubleshooting
Ink smudging on the foil or embellished areas.
Use a pen with quick-drying ink, such as a ballpoint or certain gel pens. Allow written messages to dry completely before closing the card.
Embellishments appearing loose or uneven.
This is a characteristic of hand-finished items. Minor variations are normal. If an embellishment is significantly loose, a tiny dab of craft glue can secure it.
Card damaged during shipping.
If the card arrives creased or torn, contact the seller for a replacement. For minor corner damage, consider using a decorative sticker to conceal it.
