While the CK11 can technically play audio from your phone, its 3W speaker is optimized for voice calls and assistants, not for music playback. Audio quality for music will be limited.

The battery provides up to 20 hours of talk time and approximately 700 hours of standby time on a full charge.

After pairing and connecting your phone, simply press and hold the multi-function button on the CK11 for a moment until you hear a prompt, then speak your command.

The Bluetooth connection typically works effectively up to 10 meters (33 feet) in open space, though obstructions can reduce this range.

The visor clip is designed to securely grip standard car visors and is not adjustable. Its design ensures a firm hold.

The Avantree CK11 supports connecting to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously, allowing you to switch between calls from different phones.

Ensure the device is fully charged. Connect it to a power source using the provided USB cable and allow it to charge for at least 1 hour.

Make sure the CK11 is in pairing mode (flashing blue and red LED). Turn off Bluetooth on your phone and then turn it back on. Try unpairing any previous connections and re-pair.

Check that the device is within range of your phone. Ensure the speaker grille is not obstructed. Try charging the device, as low battery can sometimes affect performance.

Confirm that your phone's voice assistant (Siri or Google Assistant) is enabled and properly configured. Ensure the CK11 is successfully connected to your phone via Bluetooth.

Ensure the device is adequately charged. The motion sensor may be less sensitive in very dimly lit environments. Check if the device has been manually powered off.
