Full details
The GOMYWAY Matteo Rocking Chair is designed for parents, readers, and anyone seeking a versatile relaxation spot that blends comfort with functional engineering. Its key benefit is the combination of an adjustable footrest and a reclining backrest, which allows for fully customized positioning whether you are nursing, napping, or reading. However, prospective buyers should note the 150 KG weight capacity, which may limit use for some individuals despite the robust plywood frame construction.

The chair squeaks during rocking
Check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened; apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the metal gliding mechanism if the sound persists.
Footrest is difficult to retract
Ensure no fabric or debris is caught in the hinge mechanism and verify that the chair is on a level surface.
Chair feels unstable
Verify that all floor-protecting pads are intact and that the chair is positioned on a flat, even floor surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly of the Matteo Rocking Chair should be performed on a soft surface to prevent scratching the frame during setup. Ensure all structural bolts are tightened according to the included instructions to maintain the integrity of the plywood frame.
For daily care, vacuum the upholstery regularly to remove dust and debris. If spills occur, use a mild upholstery cleaner on a soft, damp cloth and blot the stain gently rather than rubbing. Periodically check the mechanical joints where the recliner and footrest attach to ensure no hardware has loosened over time. The chair is best placed away from direct heat sources or harsh sunlight to preserve the color and fabric longevity.
