FAQs
What are the dimensions of the privacy screen?
Please refer to the product's specific dimensions listed in the technical details or product specifications section for exact measurements.
Is assembly required for the privacy screen?
The screen is designed for immediate use upon placement. Typically, no assembly is required.
Can this screen be used in a very windy area?
While the base provides stability, extremely windy conditions may require additional anchoring for safety. Consider securing it if placed in a consistently high-wind environment.
How often should I reapply the wood oil?
The frequency depends on the environment. For outdoor use, reapply every 6-12 months, or when the wood starts to look dry. For indoor use, less frequent application may be sufficient.
Can I paint or stain this screen a different color?
While possible, painting or staining the acacia wood will alter its natural appearance and may affect the existing oil finish. If you choose to do so, ensure the wood is properly cleaned and prepped according to paint/stain manufacturer instructions.
What is the warranty period for this product?
Warranty information is specific to the retailer and region. Please check the product listing or contact customer support for details on warranty coverage.
Troubleshooting
Screen is wobbly or unstable.
Ensure the screen is placed on a completely flat and level surface. Check that the base is making full contact with the ground.
Wood appears dry or faded.
The wood may require re-oiling. Clean the surface gently and apply a suitable wood oil finish according to product instructions.
Minor surface scratches.
Light scratches on wood can often be minimized by applying wood oil, which can help to blend them. For deeper scratches, professional wood repair may be needed.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The screen is designed for straightforward placement on flat surfaces. Ensure the base is firmly on the ground before use. No assembly is typically required for basic setup.
Compatibility: This screen is compatible with most indoor and outdoor flat areas, including patios, balconies, decks, and various indoor room configurations. It is designed to stand freely.
Care: To maintain the beauty and durability of the solid acacia wood:
- Cleaning: Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners.
- Protection: Periodically reapply a suitable wood oil finish (as the natural oil finish wears over time) to protect against moisture and UV exposure. This is especially important for outdoor use.
- Storage: In extreme weather conditions or during prolonged periods of non-use, consider moving the screen to a sheltered location to prolong its lifespan.
