A potential caveat is that it uses plastic glass, which may offer less clarity than traditional glass.

FAQs
What size is the frame opening?
The frame moulding is 39mm wide and 15mm deep. The internal opening size depends on the specific print size you are framing. The included mount is cut 3mm smaller on both sides to ensure the edge of your image is not exposed when framed.
Can I use this frame with my own matting?
Yes, you can use the frame without the included mount, or replace the included mount with your own custom matting. Ensure any custom matting fits within the frame's rebate and is compatible with the frame's dimensions.
What type of glass does it use?
This frame uses plastic glass, which is lighter and more shatter-resistant than traditional glass.
How do I clean the frame?
Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the plastic glass and the frame moulding. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Can the frame be hung horizontally and vertically?
Yes, the frame is designed to be hung in either portrait or landscape orientation.
Where is this frame manufactured?
This frame is manufactured in the UK.
Troubleshooting
Frame won't hang securely
Ensure you are using appropriate wall fixings for your wall type and the frame's weight. Check that the hanging hardware on the frame is securely attached.
Difficulty placing artwork in the frame
Ensure the frame backing is fully open. If using the mount, check that your image fits within the mount's aperture and that the mount itself fits correctly within the frame's rebate.
Plastic glass appears smudged or scratched
Clean gently with a soft, damp microfiber cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials. If deeply scratched, replacement plastic glass may be necessary.
