The Draper CC1 is a dual-purpose mobile workstation designed for professional mechanics and automotive DIY enthusiasts who require ergonomic support during vehicle maintenance. Its primary benefit is the seamless transition between a low-profile rolling creeper for under-car access and a comfortable workshop seat for tasks like brake work or wheel detailing. While it provides excellent versatility and a robust 136kg weight capacity, users should be aware that its fixed height in seat mode may not be ideal for exceptionally tall individuals working at specific bench heights.

The Draper CC1 supports up to 136kg.
The unit features a quick-release mechanism that allows the creeper to fold into a seat position and vice versa.
It is not recommended. The wheels are designed for smooth, hard surfaces like concrete or wood.
The creeper mode measures 915 x 440 x 130mm.
Yes, standard hand tools are required to attach the wheels to the frame upon unboxing.
Wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals that may dry out or crack the material.
Inspect the caster wheels for accumulated debris, hair, or grease buildup and clean them thoroughly.
Check all frame bolts and caster mounting hardware to ensure they are fully tightened.
Clean the pivot points and ensure there is no obstruction preventing the seat from locking into the intended position.
The Draper CC1 arrives partially assembled. Setup primarily involves the attachment of the swivel casters to the steel frame. Ensure all bolts are tightened securely using a standard wrench before initial use. For compatibility, the creeper is best utilized on flat, smooth surfaces such as sealed concrete or epoxy-coated workshop floors. To maintain the unit, regularly clear the caster wheels of hair, grit, and metal shavings that can impede rotation. Periodically check the folding pivot points and frame bolts to ensure they remain tight and free of corrosion. Wipe down the padded surfaces with a mild detergent and a damp cloth after use to prevent oil and chemical buildup from degrading the material.
