Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Unroll and Position: Carefully unroll the netting and position it in the desired location.
- Secure Firmly: Use appropriate fixings such as ties, grommets, or staples to attach the netting securely to posts, fences, or frames. Ensure it is taut to prevent flapping in the wind.
- Cut to Size (if needed): If adjustments are necessary, use sharp scissors or a utility knife to cut the netting to the required dimensions. Be mindful that cut edges may fray slightly.
Compatibility:
The Pegdev Windbreaker is compatible with most standard fencing, framing, and support structures. It can be easily integrated with existing polytunnels, greenhouses, or temporary event setups.
Care:
- Cleaning: To clean, gently brush off loose dirt or debris. For a deeper clean, hose down the netting with water. Mild soap can be used if necessary, followed by a thorough rinse.
- Storage: In off-seasons or when not in use, clean the netting and store it in a dry, protected area to prolong its lifespan.
- Inspection: Periodically inspect the netting for any signs of wear or damage, and repair or replace as needed.
