The stand uses a magnetic mounting system optimized for the iPhone 12 series. It can work with other phones only if they have a magnetic case or a magnetic adapter ring installed.
No, the Floso Alcor is designed with a fixed ergonomic angle to ensure maximum stability and simplicity.
Performance depends on the thickness of the case. For best results, use a thin case that is specifically designed to be magnetic-compatible.
Use a soft, dry microfiber cloth. Do not use liquid cleaners or abrasive sponges.
Yes, it is designed to balance the weight of modern smartphones effectively, provided the device is centered on the magnetic mount.
Ensure you are using a magnetic-compatible case or that the phone is correctly aligned with the integrated magnet zone.
Check the hinge mechanism for any obstructions or dust and ensure it is fully extended until it clicks into its stable position.
Setup is straightforward: unfold the base to lock the viewing angle into position and snap your phone onto the magnetic mount. The stand is specifically engineered for devices compatible with magnetic mounting systems, such as the iPhone 12. For devices that lack built-in magnets, a magnetic ring or compatible case is required. To care for your Floso Alcor, keep the hinge mechanism free of debris and clean the surface periodically with a dry microfiber cloth to maintain its white finish. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that might affect the magnetic surface or the exterior coating.
