The SP Connect Phone Weather Cover is an essential accessory for outdoor enthusiasts, cyclists, and riders who need to protect their Samsung Note 9 from the elements. This cover provides a robust barrier against rain, sweat, dust, and mud while maintaining touchscreen functionality and providing extra shock resistance; however, users should be aware that it must be used in conjunction with a compatible SP Connect case and may see reduced touch sensitivity if used with additional thick screen protectors or heavy gloves.

No, the SP Connect Phone Weather Cover is an accessory designed to be placed over your existing SP Connect case.
While it is compatible with many screen protectors, very thick glass protectors may limit touchscreen responsiveness when the weather cover is applied.
The cover is designed to be highly weather-resistant against rain, sweat, and mud, but it is not intended for full submersion in water.
The cover is designed to be clear, but if it becomes dirty or scratched, you may notice a decrease in photo clarity.
Thin touch-compatible gloves will work, but very thick or bulky gloves may significantly reduce the sensitivity of your touchscreen through the cover.
This specific cover is designed for the Samsung Note 9. Always check that the model on the packaging matches your device model exactly.
Ensure there is no trapped moisture or air bubbles between the film and your screen. Remove any secondary thick screen protectors.
Ensure you are using the correct model-specific SP Connect case. Check that the case is clean and free of debris.
Wipe both the interior and exterior of the cover with a clean, dry microfiber cloth to remove oils and dirt.
To use the weather cover, first ensure your Samsung Note 9 is securely fitted into its primary SP Connect case. Slide the weather cover over the phone and the case, ensuring all edges are sealed properly. This product is specifically designed for the Samsung Note 9 and is compatible with all standard SP Connect mounting brackets. To care for your cover, rinse it gently with water if it becomes caked with mud, and wipe it down with a soft, lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may degrade the transparency of the touchscreen film.
