FAQs
Can I install this on a balcony?
Yes, provided there is a sturdy overhead or wall structure to mount the aluminum brackets securely.
Is the fabric waterproof?
The 180 g/m² polyester features a protective polyurethane coating which provides water-repellency for light rain.
How many people are needed for installation?
The installation process is designed for two people to ensure the blind is handled safely during the mounting phase.
Does it come with mounting hardware?
Standard mounting hardware is included; however, ensure your specific mounting surface (e.g., concrete vs. wood) does not require specialized wall plugs.
How do I clean the fabric?
Use a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary; avoid harsh chemicals or pressure washers which could damage the PU coating.
Troubleshooting
The roller mechanism feels stiff.
Check that the mounting brackets are level; misaligned brackets can cause the internal spring or roller to bind.
The fabric is sagging.
Adjust the tension of the roller or verify that the height is correctly locked to the desired interval.
The blind does not stay at the desired height.
Ensure the locking mechanism is fully engaged and there are no obstructions in the roller track.

Care Instructions:
- Periodically wipe the polyester fabric with a damp, soft cloth to remove dust and debris.

- During extreme weather conditions or high-wind events, it is recommended to keep the blind in the fully retracted position to prevent damage.
