Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before your first bake, wash the tin in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. Although the tin is pre-seasoned, a light coating of oil can help during the first few cycles. Always avoid using metal utensils or abrasive scouring pads, as these can scratch the anodised layer. This tin is compatible with standard conventional ovens but should never be placed in a dishwasher, as the harsh detergents and high heat can ruin the finish and compromise the integrity of the aluminum. Store in a dry place, preferably separated by a soft cloth if stacking to prevent surface abrasions.
