Troubleshooting
Tealight candle is wobbly inside the holder
Ensure the candle is a standard-sized tealight and that there is no dried wax residue at the bottom of the holder preventing it from sitting flush.
Wax dripped onto the wooden tray
Wait for the wax to cool and harden fully, then use a soft plastic tool or credit card to gently lift the wax off the wood surface.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the holder is straightforward: simply place the wooden holders within the designated grooves on the tray and insert your preferred unscented or scented tealights. This set is compatible with all standard-sized tealight candles. To care for your wooden set, wipe it down occasionally with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or submerging the wood in water, as this can cause the material to warp or lose its finish. If candle wax spills onto the wood, allow it to harden completely before gently prying it off with a plastic scraper to avoid scratching the surface.
