Troubleshooting
Towel feels rough after washing
Ensure you used a mild detergent and avoided high heat during drying. Try soaking in cool water with a fabric softener for delicate items, then air dry.
Unicorn horn or ears are misshapen
Gently reshape the horn and ears while the towel is slightly damp. Allow it to air dry in the desired shape.
Towel seems too small for a 43 cm doll
Confirm the doll's size is indeed 43 cm. The towels are designed to fit snugly for a 'cuddle' effect. Adjust how you wrap the doll if needed.
