FAQs
What material is the Showerdrape Capri Bathroom Bin & Toilet Brush Set made of?
The bin and brush holder are made from durable steel. The toilet brush itself is typically made of plastic or similar material.
How do I clean the steel bin?
Wipe the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. For the interior, remove the inner bucket, wash it with mild soap and water, and dry thoroughly before reinserting. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
Is the toilet brush replaceable?
The toilet brush head is attached to its handle. While the brush itself can be cleaned, replacement would involve purchasing a new brush set or a compatible replacement brush.
What are the dimensions of the bin and brush?
The bin dimensions are approximately 23cm (height) x 21cm (width) x 17cm (depth). The toilet brush dimensions are approximately 38.5cm (height) x 11cm (width) x 11cm (depth).
Can the lid be propped open for continuous access?
The lid is designed to close gently. It can be held open manually, but it does not have a mechanism to lock it in an open position.
What is the capacity of the bin?
The bin has a capacity of 3 liters.
Does the toilet brush have a separate holder?
Yes, the toilet brush is integrated into the set and comes with its own dedicated holder, keeping it tidy and accessible.
Is the inner bucket washable?
Yes, the inner bucket is removable and designed to be easily washed with soap and water.
Troubleshooting
Lid does not close quietly or slams shut.
Ensure the lid is properly seated on the bin. Check for any obstructions preventing smooth closure. The quiet-close mechanism may require a gentle, controlled push to engage fully.
Step pedal is stiff or unresponsive.
Check for any debris or blockages around the pedal mechanism. Ensure the inner bucket is correctly positioned and not interfering with the pedal's movement. Wipe the pedal area clean.
Inner bucket is difficult to remove or insert.
Ensure the bin is empty. Check that the inner bucket is aligned correctly within the outer bin. Wipe the edges of the inner bucket and the inside of the outer bin to remove any potential residue causing sticking.
Toilet brush handle is loose.
Check if the handle can be tightened onto the brush head. If it is a separate component, inspect for any damage or missing parts. Contact customer support if the issue persists.
