The Gusset S2 MTB Riser Handlebars are designed for aggressive trail and mountain riders who require a combination of high-strength alloy construction and precise steering control. Featuring a 35mm clamp diameter and an 800mm wide profile, these bars offer exceptional leverage and stiffness for demanding terrain; however, riders who prefer a narrower cockpit will need to use the integrated cut marks to trim them to their desired length.

Yes, the bars feature integrated cut markings to help you safely trim them to your preferred width.

No, the bars are sold as a standalone component and do not include grips or end caps.
Ensure the stem faceplate bolts are torqued to the manufacturer's recommended specifications and verify that no grease is present on the clamping surface.
Check that the grips are installed properly and consider using vibration-dampening bar tape or thinner gloves if the setup feels too rigid.
To install the Gusset S2 Handlebars, ensure you are using a mountain bike stem designed specifically for a 35mm clamp diameter. When attaching the stem faceplate, tighten the bolts in an 'X' pattern to ensure even pressure distribution across the clamp area.
If you find the 800mm width excessive for your local trail networks, use a hacksaw or a dedicated pipe cutter along the provided cut markings; always deburr the ends after cutting to ensure grips fit correctly. Regularly inspect the bar for deep scratches or impacts after crashes, and wipe down the finish with a soft cloth and mild soap to maintain the integrity of the alloy.
