Ortlieb's QL2 Anti Theft Device makes a quick pit stop less of a hassle. Leave your baggage on the bike, and this securing cable - when used with a cable or Ortlieb U Lock - reliably prevents bike and motorcycle panniers from being stolen. This security product can be used on: Back Roller, Bike Packer, Office Bag. It features a flexible anti-corrosive steel wire with a loop for a cable. Dimensions: Long 25cm Length. The Ortlieb saddlebag lock made of hardened steel is ultra-resistant, and it is an excellent complement to a chain or U-type lock and allows you to secure your components or accessories such as your saddlebags by linking them to your frame. Built with 5mm braided cables, this lock is much more resistant to cutting attempts than conventional twisted cables. Very practical, it will protect your bag without damaging it thanks to its nylon sheath. Wire cable to which a lock can be added to secure panniers. A short diversion on foot or a small café break without baggage is less hassle now. No problem the securing cable in combination with a cable or U-lock reliably prevents bike and motorcycle panniers with QL2 and QL2. Short is suitable for front roller and sports packer panniers. Long is suitable for rear roller and bike packer plus panniers. Will not fit to QL1 fittings on the classic panniers. This device is a deterrent and fixes to the top rail of the pannier to stop thieves taking the panniers off the rack.
