Check that the mains socket is live and ensure the plug is firmly seated in the outlet.
Inspect the cable for any signs of pinching or damage and ensure there is no moisture entering the plug connection.
To set up your silhouette, ensure you have a clean, dry surface for hanging. While the unit is designed for sheltered outdoor use—such as under a covered porch or entryway—do not expose the plug or the unit to direct rainfall or snow to prevent electrical damage.
Care instructions involve keeping the metal frame clean with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use chemical cleaners on the LEDs. When the holiday season ends, store the decoration in a cool, dry box to prevent the metal frame from rusting or the cable from becoming brittle. Ensure the unit is unplugged before attempting to clean or move it.
