Vileda Pet Pro Flip Mop

Wash the mop head after each use, or more frequently if cleaning particularly dirty areas.

The Vileda Pet Pro Flip Mop is designed for hard floor types. It's not suitable for carpets.

You can use water alone or any suitable floor cleaning solution. Avoid bleach or fabric softeners.

Attach the mop head by aligning it with the mop handle and pushing it until it clicks into place. Refer to the product instructions for specific details.

The mop head is machine washable. Wash it up to 60°C. Avoid using bleach or fabric softeners.

The lifespan of the mop head depends on usage and care. Replace it when it becomes worn or less effective at cleaning.

Ensure the mop head is clean and not overloaded with cleaning solution. Try using less solution or rinsing the mop head more frequently.

Make sure the mop head is making full contact with the floor. You might also need to use more pressure or make multiple passes.

Check that the mop head is properly attached to the handle. If it still doesn't stay attached, the clip may be broken, and you may need to replace the mop head.
