This FloPlast Soil Ring Seal Access Socket Spigot is part of the Floplast fittings range. It is a robust and reliable solution for creating an access point in a vertical soil stack, designed for use with 110mm soil stacks and compatible with various waste pipes and systems. The socket/spigot access pipe is lightweight and easy to install, making it suitable for both residential and commercial projects. It features a consistent high-gloss finish and color, ensuring a modern and aesthetically pleasing appearance while being essentially maintenance-free. This 110mm soil access pipe allows the soil pipe system to be inspected and cleared in the event of any blockage. In domestic properties, it is usually situated at the foot of the soil pipe where it enters the drainage system. To use the access point, simply remove the access cap by unscrewing it from the threaded projection on the fitting. This could potentially release any blockage above the cap, so it is always advisable to stand aside when performing this operation! This fitting has a ring seal push-fit socket on the top end and a plain spigot end at the bottom. The spigot end is the same size as 110mm pipe, so it can be connected into the socketed end of another fitting or pipe as required. It is suitable for high temperature waste discharge and compatible with most other existing materials and systems manufactured to British/European Standards.
