Light is not as bright as it should be.

Ensure the light is fully charged. Clean the lens to remove any dirt or debris that may be obstructing the light. Check the light mode and switch to a higher brightness setting.

Light is draining quickly.

Use lower brightness settings when possible to conserve battery life. Avoid using the high mode continuously. Consider the ambient temperature, as extreme temperatures can affect battery performance.

Bracket is loose.

Ensure the FlexTight bracket is properly tightened to the handlebars. Adjust the bracket's position for a more secure fit. Make sure the light is properly secured to the bracket.
