Full details

The MiMax Foaming Soap Dispenser in Black is for anyone seeking a stylish, hygienic, and efficient way to manage hand soap in their kitchen or bathroom. FAQs

What type of soap should I use?

You can use most liquid hand soaps, body washes, or dish soaps. It's crucial to mix it with water in a 1:2 ratio (one part soap to two parts water) for effective foaming.

How do I charge the dispenser?

The dispenser uses a rechargeable battery. Connect it to a power source using the provided USB charging cable. An indicator light will signal when charging or when the battery is low.

How long does a full charge last?

A full charge typically lasts several weeks, depending on usage frequency. The exact duration can vary based on how often the dispenser is activated.

Can I use the dispenser without mixing water and soap?

No, the foaming mechanism requires the dilution of liquid soap with water to create foam. Using undiluted soap will not produce foam and may clog the device.

How do I clean the dispenser?

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid using abrasive cleaners. Ensure the sensor area is kept clean and dry.

What is the capacity of the soap tank?

The soap tank has a capacity of 350ml.

Is the dispenser waterproof?

The dispenser has a water-resistant design to handle splashes, but it is not fully waterproof. Avoid submerging it in water.

Troubleshooting

Dispenser not foaming

Ensure the soap and water ratio is correct (1:2). Check if the pump needs priming by holding the power button. Clean the nozzle and sensor.

Dispenser not dispensing

Check if the battery is charged. Ensure the power button is on. Verify the tank is not empty and the nozzle is clear of obstructions.

Water leaking from base

Ensure the tank is properly seated and the lid is secured. Do not submerge the unit in water.

Sensor not responding

Clean the sensor window with a dry, soft cloth. Ensure there are no obstructions or strong light sources directly on the sensor.
