FAQs

Troubleshooting

Pumpkin loses shape

Gently reshape the felt by hand. If the material is creased, a very brief, low-heat iron from a distance (with a protective cloth) might help, but test on an inconspicuous area first.

Hessian bow becomes untidy

Carefully adjust the bow by hand. For persistent untidiness, a tiny amount of fabric glue can secure it.

Hanging loop detaches

Reattach the loop using a strong fabric glue or by sewing it back on securely with a needle and thread.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: These decorations require no assembly. Simply use the attached hanging loop to hang them or place them directly into your desired display.

Compatibility: These decorations are designed for decorative purposes and are compatible with most autumnal display elements like twig trees, bowls, garlands, and other seasonal craft items.

Care: To maintain their appearance, gently dust with a dry or slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or excessive moisture, as this can damage the felt material and affect the shape. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use to prevent crushing or fading.
