Troubleshooting

Ornament appears unstable

Ensure the ornament is placed on a perfectly level and solid surface. If on grass, the ground may need to be compacted or a flat paver used underneath.

Surface weathering or discoloration

This is natural for stone products exposed to elements. Gentle cleaning with a damp cloth can refresh the appearance. For persistent discoloration, consult specialized stone care products suitable for concrete.

Difficult to move

Due to its solid stone construction (approx. 20kg), repositioning requires careful lifting. It is recommended to have assistance or use a dolly/trolley if moving over longer distances.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Highly realistic and detailed appearance.
  • Durable, solid construction from reconstituted stone.
  • Weather and frost resistant for all-season outdoor use.
  • Versatile as a decorative piece or memorial.
  • Proudly made in the UK.

Cons

  • Significant weight (approx. 20 kg) may make repositioning difficult.
