Product Information
Full details
The Highlander Hauler Duffle 30L is designed for adventurous adults who require a rugged, versatile carry solution for expeditions and travel. Its primary strength lies in its heavy-duty, water-resistant construction and dual-carry functionality, allowing it to transition seamlessly from a handheld duffel to a comfortable backpack. The main caveat is its 30L capacity, which is ideal for short trips or lightweight gear, but may prove restrictive for long-term expeditions requiring bulky equipment.

Troubleshooting
Waterproof zippers are stiff or difficult to pull.
Apply a specialized silicone-based lubricant designed for waterproof zippers to ensure smooth operation.
Shoulder straps feel uncomfortable during long carry times.
Ensure the bag is packed with the heaviest items toward the center and that the straps are adjusted to sit symmetrically on your shoulders.
Main zipper does not slide smoothly.
Check the zipper teeth for debris or grit from outdoor use; clean with a soft brush and water if necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To maximize the longevity of your Highlander Hauler, ensure that the internal compression straps are tightened to stabilize heavy items before closing the main compartment. When using the backpack mode, adjust the shoulder straps to ensure the pack sits comfortably against your upper back to maintain balance. For care, wipe down the tarpaulin surface with a damp cloth and mild soap; avoid using harsh chemicals or industrial degreasers that may degrade the waterproof coating. Ensure the bag is completely dry before storing it in a cool, dark place for long periods to prevent moisture buildup inside the mesh pockets.
