Yes, they can be mounted to wood using appropriate heavy-duty screws.
They are designed to support standard sized hanging baskets, but the total load capacity ultimately depends on the strength of the wall material and your fasteners.
Mounting requirements vary by surface; please purchase screws and anchors suitable for your specific wall material.
The black rubber coating is durable and designed to be weather-resistant, though it should be handled carefully during installation to prevent scratching.
Yes, the materials are weather-resistant and designed for outdoor use throughout the seasons.
Check that the wall anchors are correctly sized for your wall type and that screws are fully tightened.
Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the swivel joint to ensure smooth rotation.
If the rubber coating is punctured, touch up the area with a weather-proof paint to prevent moisture from reaching the metal.
Installation requires basic drilling and appropriate wall anchors based on your mounting surface (e.g., masonry plugs for brick, wood screws for timber posts). Ensure the brackets are level before securing. To maintain the finish, simply wipe the brackets down with a damp cloth at the beginning and end of the season to remove dust or debris. During severe winter weather, if you are not using the brackets, they can be easily cleaned and stored, or left outdoors as the rubber coating is designed for year-round durability.
