FAQs

How do I determine the correct glove size?

Measure the circumference of your palm just below the knuckles. Refer to the PUMA size chart to find your corresponding glove size.

Can I use these gloves on artificial turf?

Yes, these gloves can be used on artificial turf. However, be aware that the surface may cause quicker wear and tear.

How often should I clean my gloves?

Clean your gloves after each use, or as often as needed, to maintain their grip and performance.

What is the lifespan of these gloves?

The lifespan depends on the frequency of use, playing surface, and care taken. With proper care, they can last for a season or longer.

Can I use a washing machine to clean the gloves?

No, do not use a washing machine. Hand wash the gloves with lukewarm water and a mild soap.

What should I do if the latex palms tear?

Small tears can sometimes be repaired with a latex adhesive. However, if the damage is extensive, it may be time to replace the gloves.

How should I store the gloves when not in use?

Store them in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Using a glove bag can also help protect them.

Troubleshooting

Grip feels reduced after a few uses.

Clean the gloves according to the care instructions. Dirt and debris can reduce grip. If the problem persists, consider using a glove cleaner specifically designed for latex.

Strap doesn't fasten securely.

Ensure the velcro on the strap is clean and free of debris. If the strap is damaged, contact PUMA for a replacement or repair.

Gloves are wearing out quickly.

Ensure you're using the gloves on appropriate surfaces. Avoid excessive use on abrasive surfaces. Rotate between multiple pairs of gloves to extend their lifespan.
