Troubleshooting

Mat does not lay flat

Ensure the mat is fully dry. Gently stretch it back into shape and allow it to air dry completely. Placing it in a dryer on a low heat setting for a short period can also help.

Mat feels slippery

This mat does not have an integrated anti-slip backing. For increased safety, purchase a separate anti-slip mat and place it underneath this pedestal mat.

Mat appears less absorbent over time

Regular washing is recommended to maintain absorbency. Avoid using fabric softeners, as they can reduce the cotton's ability to absorb moisture.

Colour fading after washing

Wash the mat in cold water and avoid direct sunlight when drying. Consult the care label for specific washing instructions.
