Are these toys safe for small children?
These contain small parts and are generally recommended for ages 3 and up. Always check the specific packaging warning for age guidance.
Troubleshooting
Figure does not stand securely on the base.
Ensure the peg on the base is fully inserted into the hole in the figure's foot or underside. Check for any small debris in the base slot.
Puzzle court pieces are not connecting properly.
Check that the pieces are aligned correctly and that there is no damage to the interlocking tabs. Ensure you are using pieces specifically from the Series 3 line.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your NBA Ballers collection is straightforward. Once unboxed, simply attach the player figure to the provided base. To build the court, locate the connector tabs on the sides of the puzzle-piece base and snap them into the matching slots on other pieces from the series.
To keep your collection in peak condition, avoid placing the figures in direct sunlight for extended periods, as this can cause colors to fade. Dust them periodically using a soft, dry brush to prevent accumulation in the intricate details of the figurines. If the puzzle pieces become loose over time, ensure there is no debris in the connection slots.
