How much weight can the bamboo top support?
While specific weight limits are not provided, the solid bamboo top is designed for durability and should comfortably support typical kitchen tasks like food preparation and holding appliances.
Can the casters be removed?
The casters are designed to be attached for mobility. While they can likely be unscrewed, it is not recommended for standard use as it would prevent the trolley from being easily moved.
What is the material of the main body?
The main body is constructed from particleboard (PB) with a water-based colored paint finish.
How many shelves are inside the cabinet?
The cabinet has one adjustable internal shelf, allowing you to customize the height based on your storage needs.
Is assembly difficult?
Assembly is required and includes all necessary hardware and instructions. It is designed to be straightforward, though it may take approximately 1-2 hours to complete.
Can the spice rack hold extra-wide spice jars?
The spice rack is designed for standard-sized spice jars. Very wide jars may not fit comfortably.
Troubleshooting
Drawer not sliding smoothly
Check for any obstructions in the drawer slides. Ensure the drawer is properly seated on its runners and that no screws are protruding into the path of the slides.
Cabinet doors not aligning
Verify that the hinges are correctly installed and that the cabinet frame is square. Most hinges allow for minor adjustments; consult the assembly manual for specific instructions.
Trolley wobbles
Ensure all screws and fasteners are securely tightened. If on an uneven floor, adjust the position or utilize the locking function on the casters to stabilize the unit.
Spice rack feels loose
Confirm that the spice rack mounting screws are fully tightened. Check that the rack is properly seated on its runners or brackets.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly:
Assembly is required and involves attaching the casters, assembling the drawer and cabinet structure, and mounting the doors, spice rack, and towel bar. All necessary hardware and clear instructions are included. It is recommended to have a Phillips head screwdriver and potentially a rubber mallet (not included) for easier assembly. Ensure all parts are correctly aligned before tightening screws to prevent instability.
Compatibility:
This trolley is designed for indoor kitchen, dining, or utility room use. It is compatible with standard-sized spice jars (up to a certain diameter) for the spice rack. The adjustable shelf allows for customization to fit various container heights within the cabinet.
Care Instructions:
- Body: Wipe the white particleboard surfaces with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
- Bamboo Top: Clean the bamboo surface with a mild detergent and water. Dry immediately with a soft cloth. For longevity, avoid prolonged exposure to excessive moisture and use coasters or mats for hot items. Periodically, you can apply a food-safe mineral oil to the bamboo to maintain its natural luster and protect it from drying out.
