Troubleshooting
Paper tearing frequently when pulled
Check the dispenser spindle for debris or sharp edges and ensure the roll is not installed too tightly.
Roll does not fit inside the current dispenser
Verify that your hardware is rated for commercial jumbo rolls; if it is a standard-sized holder, you will need to upgrade to a jumbo-compatible dispenser.
Excessive waste or bundling
Ensure the dispenser tension setting is adjusted so that the roll does not spin too freely, which can lead to users pulling more than necessary.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
This product is strictly designed for use with compatible jumbo-roll toilet tissue dispensers. Before purchase, ensure that your existing wall-mounted hardware has the internal clearance necessary to hold the larger diameter of the roll. To maintain optimal performance, store the rolls in a dry, climate-controlled environment to prevent moisture absorption, which can weaken the fibers and impact the embossing texture. When loading a new roll, ensure the paper path is aligned correctly with the dispenser's teeth or cutting mechanism to prevent tearing.
