FAQs
What is the diameter of the shower bar this soap dish fits?
This soap dish is specifically designed for shower bars with a 22 mm diameter.
Is the soap dish made entirely of metal?
The main holder and mounting parts are finished in polished chrome, while the soap dish itself is made of a removable plastic.
What does the 5-year manufacturer's guarantee cover?
The guarantee covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from improper installation, accidental damage, improper use, negligence, discoloration from UV exposure, or general wear and tear on working parts.
How do I clean the chrome finish?
Use a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads. For hard water spots, a mild vinegar-water solution can be used sparingly, followed by rinsing and drying.
Can I adjust the angle of the soap dish?
Yes, the soap dish is designed to be swivelling and height-adjustable to suit your preferred position.
What is included with the soap dish?
The product includes the soap dish holder, the removable plastic soap dish, mounting material, and fixings.
Troubleshooting
Soap dish is wobbly or loose on the shower bar.
Ensure the mounting screws are tightened securely. Check that the shower bar is indeed 22mm in diameter and that the dish is properly seated on it.
Discoloration or spotting on the chrome finish.
This may be due to hard water deposits. Clean gently with a soft cloth and a mild, non-abrasive cleaner or a vinegar-water solution. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
Difficulty removing the plastic soap dish.
Gently pull the dish straight out. If it feels stuck, check for any soap residue or debris around the edges that might be causing it to adhere.
