Troubleshooting
Flashlight does not turn on
Ensure the battery is charged. Check the charging connection and try charging from a different power source. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Beam is dim or flickering
The battery may be low; charge the flashlight fully. Ensure the LED lens is clean. If flickering continues, it may indicate a battery or internal issue.
Zoom function is stiff
Gently move the zoom mechanism back and forth. Ensure no debris is obstructing the sliding parts. Avoid forcing the mechanism.
Flashlight gets hot during use
High-power flashlights can generate heat, especially on the highest setting. If it becomes uncomfortably hot, turn it off for a while to cool down. Ensure ventilation around the flashlight is not blocked.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Initial Setup: The Geepas Flashlight typically arrives ready for use. Ensure the battery is fully charged before first use via the Type-C port. A Type-C cable and charger (sold separately) are required.
Charging: Connect a Type-C cable to the flashlight's charging port and the other end to a compatible power source. A full charge takes approximately 5-6 hours.
Operation: Use the power button to cycle through modes (on, low, high, off). The zoom function is adjusted by sliding the head of the flashlight forward or backward.
Care and Maintenance:
- Keep the flashlight clean by wiping it with a soft, dry cloth. For stubborn dirt, use a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
- Avoid submerging the flashlight in water beyond its IP rating capabilities.
- Store in a cool, dry place when not in use.
- Periodically check the charging port for debris.
- Avoid looking directly into the LED beam, as it is very intense.
