Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This is a traditional analog watch. The time is set by pulling out the crown (the knob on the side) to the appropriate position and turning it. For watches with a date function, there may be a separate setting position for the date. Consult the watch manual for specific crown functions.
Compatibility: As a standalone timepiece, this watch does not have electronic compatibility requirements. It functions independently.
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the case and strap with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the finish and materials. For the strap, mild soap and water can be used, followed by thorough drying.
- Strap Maintenance: Periodically check the silicone strap for wear and tear. Ensure it is clean and dry to prevent odor build-up.
- Water Resistance: While water-resistant, avoid prolonged submersion. Always ensure the crown is pushed in completely before exposing the watch to water. Battery replacement should be done by a professional to maintain water resistance seals.
