These earplugs provide a reliable Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 25 dB, effectively protecting hearing against sounds at or exceeding 85 decibels. They are designed to protect against noises at or exceeding 85 decibels with an NRR of 25 dB, which covers most industrial and workshop sounds.
While reusable, you should inspect them before each use and replace them if you notice any tearing, hardening, or loss of pliability.
While they are comfortable, the triple-flange design is optimized for industrial use; some users may find the cord cumbersome for sleeping.
The cord is designed to be a permanent feature to prevent loss, and attempting to remove it may damage the plugs.
These earplugs have a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 25 decibels.
The pliable, triple-flange design is intended to fit most adult ear canals securely.
Ensure you are using the correct insertion technique by pulling the pinna (outer ear) upward to straighten the canal before inserting.
Verify that all three flanges are fully inserted into the ear canal to form a proper acoustic seal.
The cord can be wiped down with a damp cloth; avoid submerging the cord in harsh chemicals that could weaken the attachment points.
Setup is straightforward: remove the earplugs from the carrying case and inspect them for any debris or damage before use. Because they are reusable, hygiene is paramount. After each use, wash the earplugs with a mild soap and warm water, then allow them to air dry completely before placing them back into the storage case. Avoid using harsh solvents or abrasive cleaning agents, as these may degrade the pliable material of the flanges. Store them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight when not in use.
