Check that the drawer is fully pushed into the closed position and ensure the files are not obstructing the locking mechanism.
Verify that all castors are securely attached and ensure the unit is being moved on a level surface; do not overload the top drawer when the unit is in motion.
Clear any debris or stray paper that may have fallen behind the drawers and verify that no items are causing a misalignment.
Setup is straightforward, requiring minimal assembly once the unit is positioned. Due to its size, ensure your desk clearance is sufficient, keeping in mind that this unit is incompatible with 600mm deep Impulse desks, Evolve Plus Benches, or Oslo desking systems. To care for your unit, simply wipe the melamine surface with a damp cloth to remove dust. Because the unit features a heat-resistant finish, it can withstand standard office conditions, but avoid using abrasive chemicals that could damage the 2mm ABS edging. Ensure the castor wheels remain free of debris to maintain smooth movement over time.
