The VEVOR 69-inch Rolling Small Animal Cage is an ideal housing solution for ferret owners and those with multiple small pets who prioritize vertical space and structural durability. This multi-level habitat provides essential exercise opportunities through its four-platform layout, though prospective owners should note that its large footprint and height require a dedicated space in your home.

Yes, the spacious vertical design and multiple platforms are specifically sized to accommodate multiple small animals comfortably.
The 0.55-inch spacing is generally safe for adult ferrets and most medium-sized small animals, but always observe your specific pet's behavior to ensure they cannot squeeze through.
Simply unlock the four wheel casters, push from the middle of the frame to maintain balance, and re-lock the wheels once the cage is in its new position.
The platforms are designed to be removable for cleaning, but they are fixed in position to maintain the structural stability of the cage levels.
The grids can be removed and scrubbed with a stiff brush and mild, non-toxic pet soap, then dried thoroughly before being placed back into the cage.
Check all connection points on the metal square tubing and ensure every screw is tightened completely.
Verify that the cage frame is sitting on a perfectly level surface; if the frame is slightly bowed, the tray may stick.
Ensure the screw-in mechanisms are tightened securely and consider adding a secondary carabiner clip if your pet is exceptionally clever.
Before assembly, identify a flat, level area for the cage to ensure the wheels function correctly. When assembling, tighten all bolts firmly to maintain the integrity of the square tubing. For ongoing care, perform a weekly deep clean by removing the platforms and washing them with a pet-safe disinfectant. The pull-out tray should be wiped down daily to prevent odors from settling into the metal. Ensure the screw-in latches are fully engaged whenever your pets are inside to prevent any opportunistic escape attempts. This cage is best suited for ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals that require a high-activity environment.
