The strength and safety of the spring's eyes, crucial for attachment, are paramount. U-bolts secure the spring's center to the vehicle axle. Manufacturing involves meticulous processes like leaf preparation, bending, heat treatment, shot peening, assembly, and surface treatment to ensure strength and corrosion protection, all while adhering to quality assurance and environmental standards.
