Troubleshooting
Tub appears misshapen
Allow the tub to return to room temperature. Flexible tubs can sometimes deform slightly in extreme temperatures but should regain their shape.
Difficulty cleaning residue
Soak the tub in warm water with a mild detergent for a short period before cleaning. Use a non-abrasive sponge or cloth.
Tub feels flimsy
Ensure the tub is on a stable, flat surface. While flexible, its design is intended for practical use, not rigid support on uneven ground.
