FAQs
How long do the lights stay on after a full charge?
Run time varies depending on sunlight exposure and selected lighting mode. Typically, with a full solar charge, they can last for 6-8 hours on lower brightness settings.
Can I leave the lights plugged in via USB-C overnight?
The USB-C port is primarily for manual charging. It is recommended to charge the unit until full and then unplug it, rather than leaving it constantly connected.
Are the bulbs replaceable?
The LED bulbs are integrated into the design and are not individually replaceable. However, the durable, shatterproof construction is designed for longevity.
What is the warranty period for these lights?
Please refer to the product packaging or manufacturer's website for specific warranty information, as this can vary.
Can these lights be used indoors?
These lights are designed and rated for outdoor use. While they can be used indoors, ensure they are placed near a power source for USB-C charging if sunlight is not available.
How do I switch between the 8 lighting modes?
Use the dedicated buttons on the included remote control to cycle through the different dynamic lighting modes and adjust brightness levels.
Troubleshooting
Lights do not turn on
Ensure the solar panel is positioned in direct sunlight and has charged for at least 6-8 hours. Check that the switch on the solar panel is in the 'ON' position. Verify the remote control has a working battery and is within range. If solar charging is insufficient, try charging via the USB-C port.
Lights turn off quickly or are dim
The battery may not be fully charged. Ensure the solar panel is clean and receiving adequate sunlight. Obstructions or heavy cloud cover can reduce charging efficiency. The battery's lifespan may also be a factor; allow for sufficient charging cycles.
Remote control is not working
Check and replace the battery in the remote control. Ensure there are no obstructions between the remote and the solar panel receiver. Try moving closer to the unit. Ensure the lights are powered on.
Lights do not operate on cloudy days
This is expected if the solar panel has not received enough charge. Utilize the USB-C charging function to manually charge the battery for consistent operation during periods of low sunlight.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Choose Location: Select an outdoor location that receives ample direct sunlight for at least 6-8 hours daily for optimal solar charging. Consider mounting the solar panel facing south if possible.
- Mount Lights: Use the integrated hanging loops on each bulb socket. Mount using cup hooks, cable ties, or guide wires to desired locations like pergolas, fences, or trees.
- Position Solar Panel: Mount the solar panel where it can receive maximum sunlight. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Initial Charge: For best results, allow the solar panel to charge for a full day before first use. If needed, use the USB-C port for an initial charge.
- Connect Remote: Ensure the battery is installed in the remote control.
Compatibility:
- The lights are designed for outdoor use and are compatible with standard outdoor mounting hardware.
- The USB-C port is compatible with most standard USB-C charging cables and power adapters (adapter not included).
Care:
- Cleaning: Wipe the solar panel and bulbs with a soft, damp cloth periodically to remove dust and debris, ensuring maximum efficiency. Avoid abrasive cleaners.
- Maintenance: Check connections periodically. Store the lights indoors during extreme weather events if prolonged non-use is anticipated, though they are designed for year-round outdoor exposure.
