Are the parts dishwasher safe?

Yes, the removable non-stick cooking basket and drawer are dishwasher safe for easy cleaning.

How do I clean the exterior of the air fryer?

Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Ensure the appliance is unplugged and has cooled down completely before cleaning.

Can I use this air fryer to reheat food?

Troubleshooting

Air fryer not turning on

Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the basket and drawer are correctly inserted.

Uneven cooking results

Ensure food is not overcrowded in the basket. Shake the basket halfway through the cooking cycle for more even crisping. Check that the air vents are not blocked.

Non-stick coating is damaged

Discontinue use if the non-stick coating is peeling or scratched. Avoid using metal utensils in the basket and clean gently.

Appliance emitting smoke

Ensure the basket is clean and free from food residue. If cooking particularly fatty foods, some smoke is normal, but excessive smoke may indicate a buildup of grease. Clean the unit thoroughly.
