The Neal's Yard Remedies Sweet Dreams Ritual Duo is designed for adults looking to improve their evening wind-down routine through aromatherapy. By combining a foaming bath soak and a pillow mist infused with lavender and geranium, this set helps create a tranquil environment to prepare the mind and body for sleep, though it should be avoided by individuals with specific sensitivities to essential oils.

It is generally safe for standard cotton bedding, but always test on a discreet corner of delicate or specialty fabrics first.
The Sweet Dreams Ritual Duo is formulated specifically for adult use.
While the product rinses away easily, it is good practice to quickly rinse the tub after draining to prevent any oil buildup.
You can use the duo nightly as part of your sleep hygiene routine, or whenever you feel you need extra help unwinding.
The duo features a blend of lavender and geranium essential oils for a floral, herbal, and calming aroma.
Ensure you are pouring the soak directly under the stream of high-pressure running water rather than into standing water.
Reduce the number of sprays and hold the bottle further away from the fabric to create a lighter, more dispersed mist.
No complex setup is required for these products. The bath soak is compatible with standard bathtubs; if you have a sensitive skin condition, it is recommended to perform a patch test on a small area of skin before full immersion. Store both bottles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve the integrity of the essential oils. Ensure the lids are tightly closed after every use to prevent evaporation or leakage, and keep the pillow mist out of reach of small children or pets.
