The KONG ZoomGroom is a versatile grooming tool designed for dog owners who want to combine cleaning with a relaxing experience for their pets. It excels at removing loose hair and dirt while simultaneously providing a gentle, stimulating massage that promotes skin health and a lustrous coat. While highly effective at managing shedding during baths, users should note that it is primarily a rubber-based grooming aid and may not replace specialized dematting tools for dogs with severe tangles or thick undercoats.

Yes, it can be used on long-haired dogs to help distribute shampoo and remove loose surface hair, but it will not detangle knots.
Yes, the rubber fingers are soft and flexible, making it safe and comfortable for dogs with sensitive skin.
No. A slicker brush is better for removing deep undercoat and tangles, whereas the ZoomGroom is best for massage and general cleaning.
It is best to hand wash with warm water and mild soap to preserve the rubber material.
You can use it daily for a massage or during every bath to help with shedding.
Rinse the tool under running water while rubbing your thumb across the rubber fingers to dislodge trapped hair.
Ensure your hand is dry before grabbing the tool or use a tighter grip; the molded shape is designed to fit most hand sizes.
The KONG ZoomGroom requires no setup; simply remove it from the packaging and begin grooming. It is compatible with all dog breeds, though it performs best on dogs with short to medium-length coats.
To clean the tool, simply rinse it under warm water to remove trapped hair and soap residue. Because it is made of non-porous rubber, it dries quickly and resists mold or bacterial buildup. Ensure the tool is kept away from direct high-heat sources to maintain the integrity of the rubber material.
